Proofgold 0.1.11

Proofgold 0.1.11 is ready. This release changes how ctrees are stored in the database which should improve performance. When you run the new version it will need to reprocess all the previous blocks to rebuild the database. On my machine this takes about 3 hours, so be prepared to let it run through that process.
