Hopefully you've connected and synced by now. In case you haven't there's a new bootstrap available to resync. Just move your .proofgold data directory somewhere else temporarily, rebuild and start proofgold (to create and download a new one) and then either copy the new db directory to your old .proofgold directory or copy your wallet file from the old .proofgold directory to the new one.

I have an idea why nodes might have trouble connecting and have a potential fix ready for the next release.
