Block 10000

Proofgold staked Block 10000 in the past few hours. It should take roughly 14 months to stake 10000 blocks and that's roughly what happened, so the blockchain is reasonably on schedule. It's a good opportunity to express my appreciation for everyone who has run a node -- especially a staking node -- as well as to those who've submitted publications into the chain and given feedback on the system and its code. In some ways this first year was a rocky one, requiring a few unexpected hard forks, but the network survived.

And now on to Block 20000.
