Proofgold 0.2.8.1 (stakers should/must update)

Proofgold Core 0.2.8 had a staking bug that was already fixed in rc2 but somehow got omitted in the actually release. Without the fix, stakers are in danger of creating invalid blocks. Here is a fixed version:
