Self-orphaning

I modified my code to try to fix this. I'm still testing, but here's a collection of the modified files:

I also added some code to output the bounty propositions in Megalodon format and added some code to try to ensure my node stays in sync.

There has been a surprising amount of blocks and orphaning today. I thought the target was 1 block an hour? When should the difficulty adjust?
