In case it helps people, I made a file with a summary of the first 593 blocks and the corresponding reward bounty conjectures:

This was made by calling the "blockchain" command and then calling "rewardbountyprop" with each of the litecoin burn information, then rearranging it so the rewardbountyprop shows up between the block that determined the reward bounty proposition and the block where the bounty was created.
