Shut Down All Nodes and Prepare to Update

I have written the emergency hard fork code and will release Proofgold 0.1.8 in the next few hours.

Before that I will likely create at least one new block as a test. If you are running a version of Proofgold < 0.1.8 the new blocks will look invalid. It will be easiest if you shut down the node and only start running again after updating to 0.1.8.
