Discussion about getting rid of random reward bounties

[barakeel] I agree in principle but for a different reason, it does not matter if proofgold is fair, it is much more important that it is usable. And I am afraid having to download a one terabyte blockchain will deter users. So getting rid of the random conjectures might be a way to diminish the blockchain size. Maybe someone should pay one proofgold per megabyte as a free to prevent flooding of the network. All in all in my opinion, whatever it takes to make the blockchain trustable and usable will be good.
