Discussion about getting rid of random reward bounties
It does look like there were no blocks for about 13 hours today. It's possible some big staking nodes have gone (temporarily?) offline. It's also possible that there were no blocks for that long by random chance. It's roughly like bitcoin not having a new block for about 2 hours, which is rare but does happen.
